Production window

Orders enter production within one business day of being placed. From there, the sheet moves to press, gets boxed, and ships out. Production timing is in our hands. Once the package is with the carrier, the rest depends on them.

Shipping rates

Standard. $9.99 flat rate.

Free shipping. Orders over $100 ship free.

Express (2 day). $15 flat, for rush jobs.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delayed or lost packages

Shipping has a lot of moving parts and sometimes things go sideways. If your tracking has stalled, the delivery is taking longer than expected, or it shows delivered but you don't have it, reach out. We'll work with you to figure out what's going on and find a way forward.

Reprint policy

If a sheet leaves the press with a defect on our side, we send you a new one. Registration off, color drift outside tolerance, sheet damage, missing elements. Send us a photo of the issue along with your order number and we'll get a replacement on the way.

What counts as a production defect

Registration shift where colors aren't aligned. Color drift outside our calibrated tolerance. Missing or torn powder coating. Physical sheet damage. Wrong art or wrong size shipped.

What's not covered

Press errors on your side, like wrong temp, wrong time, or premature peel. Color drift on garments outside our spec range. File issues we flagged before order. Damage from washing outside the care instructions.

Blank apparel returns

Unworn, unwashed, original tags, within 30 days of delivery.

If it's our fault (wrong item shipped, defective, damaged in transit), we cover the return shipping. Email us with the order number and we'll send a return label. Refund posts within three business days of us getting the package back.

If it's a change of mind (wrong size ordered, no longer wanted), the return shipping is on you. Send the package back to the address we'll provide. Refund posts within three business days of us getting it.

Non returnable

Printed transfers. Gangsheets. Custom or rush flagged orders. Worn, washed, or laundered apparel. These are made to order or end use, so we can't put them back on the shelf.
