We collect the information we need to take your order, ship it, and support you afterward. We don't sell your data. We don't email you unless you ask us to or you're in the middle of an order. This page lays out the detail.

• Order details: what you bought, your uploaded files, sizes, and quantities.
• Payment info: handled by our payment processor. We see that a payment cleared, not your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Produce and ship your order.
• Send order confirmations, tracking, and support replies.
• Handle reprints, returns, and questions.
• Send production notes and drop dates, but only if you opted in.
• Improve the site and catch fraud.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser, though some parts of the store may stop working smoothly. We honor browser-level privacy signals where required.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to run the business:

• Shopify, which powers our store and checkout.
• Payment processors, to take payment securely.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Service tools for email and analytics, under their own privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't hand your uploaded artwork to anyone outside of producing your order.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, warranty, and legal reasons. Uploaded files are kept long enough to handle reprints and reorders, then cleared on a regular cycle. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time through the link in any email or by contacting us. To make a request, email info@krovexaprint.com and we'll handle it within the time the law allows.

Security

Payments run over encrypted connections through our processor. We limit who on our side can see your data to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfect, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

Children's privacy

Our store isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date below. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
