Ordering Is there a minimum order?

No. Order one transfer to test or fill a 22 by 60 inch gangsheet for a production run. Same press, same standards either way.

Ordering Can I change or cancel an order after I place it?

If it hasn't entered production yet, yes. Email us with the order number and we'll catch it. Once it's on the line we can't pause without scrapping the sheet.

Ordering Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Tier 1 kicks in at 25 units, priority pricing at 100, and scheduled production slots at 500. Send specs to info@krovexaprint.com and we'll send a real number back.

Production How fast does an order go to production?

Orders enter production within one business day. From there it goes to press and ships out. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment the package leaves us.

Production Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard is $9.99, free over $100, express (2 day) is $15.

Production What if my package is late or lost?

Shipping has a lot of moving parts. If tracking stalls or the package goes missing, reach out with your order number and we'll work with you to figure out what's going on.

Quality Will the color match my screen?

Screen to print is never a one to one match. What we promise is a tight tolerance against a calibrated reference profile. If your file has a Pantone or brand spec, mention it at checkout and we'll match before press.

Quality How durable are the transfers?

Lab tested past 50 wash cycles at standard wash settings without cracking or fading, when applied at the right heat, pressure, and timing.

Quality Which fabrics can I press onto?

100% cotton, polyester, cotton poly blends, fleece, canvas, denim, and most stretch fabrics. Stay away from anything heat sensitive that can't handle 315°F.

Files What format should I upload?

PNG, SVG, or AI. That's the list. PNG at 300 DPI with transparent background covers most cases. We don't accept PDF, PSD, or JPG. Max file size is 200 MB.

Files Can you fix my file if it's not perfect?

Light cleanup like background removal or color correction is included on volume orders. Heavier work like vectorizing a low res raster gets a flat quote before we start.

Files What if my file isn't print ready?

Email it before you order. We'll flag anything that's going to come out poorly, like fine lines that'll choke or low resolution, before the file ever sees the press.

Returns What's your reprint policy?

If a sheet leaves the press with a defect on our side, we send you a new one. Registration off, color drift, sheet damage, missing elements. Send a photo and order number, we'll get a replacement on the way.

Returns What's not covered?

Press errors on your side (wrong temp, wrong time, premature peel), file issues we flagged before order, design changes after print. We're still happy to help diagnose if you send a test photo.

Returns Do you take returns on blank apparel?

Unworn, unwashed, original tags, within 30 days. If it's our fault (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit), we cover the return shipping. If it's a change of mind, return shipping is on you.
